Our partner organizations are critical to our success.
We work closely, and often coordinate activity, with the sisters of Swing Phi Swing for many of our National and local events including Conclaves, community volunteer activity and social fund raising events.
The organization also promotes and provides ongoing volunteer service to several institutions of higher education located in both North America and Africa. Our male rites of passage programs for young men and mentoring programs for college bound students are recognized by many local partners schools and internationally by Universities in West Africa.
Our most trusted partners include The Groove Fund and The Groove Leadership Foundation.
Lastly, we maintain a preferred vendors list.
The Sword & Spear is the official storytelling platform of Groove Phi Groove Social Fellowship. The Sword & Spear exists to: document our journeys and achievements, preserve the spirit and strength of our Fellowship, inspire the next generation of leaders and visionaries, and elevate the voices, culture, and triumphs of Groove Phi Groove across generations.
As our sister organization., Swing Phi Swing was founded on April 4, 1969 at Winston-Salem State University.
