Groove Leadership Academy
The Groove Leadership Academy (GLA) was established by the International Office of Groove Phi Groove Social Fellowship Incorporated as a collaborative initiative designed to unite Groove men and chapters across the globe in the shared mission of developing the next generation of leaders. Built on the belief that strong mentorship and guidance can transform communities, the Academy focuses on equipping young men with the leadership skills, discipline, confidence, and character needed to become positive role models and productive citizens. Through mentorship, educational enrichment, community engagement, professional development, and values-based leadership training, GLA empowers participants to excel academically, socially, and professionally while fostering a lifelong commitment to service, integrity, and community impact. The initiative reflects Groove Phi Groove’s commitment to cultivating future leaders who are prepared to create meaningful change within their communities and beyond.
Groove Feeds America
Groove Phi Feeds America is a cornerstone initiative of Groove Phi Groove Social Fellowship Incorporated dedicated to combating food insecurity in underserved communities across the United States. Through mobile food pantries, direct support programs, meal preparation initiatives, and partnerships with organizations such as Feeding America and local food banks, the program provides families with reliable access to nutritious food and essential resources. Collectively, Groove Phi Feeds America supports more than 300,000 families annually while promoting community empowerment, health, and long-term stability for those most impacted by hunger.
G.O.O.D. STEM
The GOOD STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) initiative, established by Groove Phi Groove Social Fellowship Incorporated, is dedicated to bridging the digital divide within the African diaspora by providing underserved students with access to computers, internet connectivity, and STEM education. Over the past four years, the initiative has established 55 fully equipped computer labs serving more than 60,000 children annually across several countries. Through its partnership with Veronica’s Way, GOOD STEM brings technology, coding, robotics, and digital learning opportunities directly to communities with limited resources, empowering students with critical skills needed for higher education, workforce readiness, and future leadership while strengthening communities through expanded access to education and innovation.
G.O.O.D. WATER
The GOOD Water initiative, a signature program of Groove Phi Groove Social Fellowship Incorporated, is dedicated to providing sustainable access to clean and reliable water in underserved communities across Ghana. In response to the millions of people who still lack safe drinking water, the initiative has successfully constructed two water boreholes, including its most recent project in Kumasi, Ghana, which serves a village of more than 5,000 people and supports a local orphanage through access to clean water and bathing facilities. Collectively, the GOOD Water initiative now provides clean water access to approximately 10,000 people annually, helping reduce waterborne diseases, improve health outcomes, support education, and strengthen communities through sustainable, community-driven solutions.
Project Peace
Project PEACE is a transformative initiative by Groove Phi Groove Social Fellowship Incorporated dedicated to advancing education, empowerment, and opportunity within underserved communities. Through four core pillars, the program works to remove educational and financial barriers facing children and young adults across the African diaspora: 1. Digital Library with over 200 curated books, including banned literature, to expand access to knowledge and critical thinking; 2. Educational Scholarships awarded annually in partnership with Groove Fund Inc. to support deserving students pursuing higher education; 3. Academic Support through tutoring and mentorship programs designed to strengthen academic success and confidence; and 4. College Opportunity initiatives that help students access and transition into Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). By expanding access to educational resources and opportunities, Project PEACE empowers future leaders, strengthens communities, and creates lasting pathways for personal and academic success.
GOOD Health Initiative
The GOOD Health initiative, a flagship program of Groove Phi Groove Social Fellowship Incorporated, is dedicated to advancing respiratory health and expanding access to critical respiratory care in Ghana. Through its partnership with Bemuah Royal Hospital, the initiative supports life-saving treatment for thousands of patients annually by providing essential medical equipment such as CPAP machines, oxygen concentrators, pulse oximeters, and respiratory medications. In addition to supplying critical resources, GOOD Health also supports healthcare worker training to strengthen long-term medical capacity and improve patient outcomes. By investing in sustainable respiratory care solutions, the initiative is helping build healthier, more resilient communities across Ghana.
